Neti is a technique of purifying nasal cavity and meatus.
Yoga Summit offers Neti course. The procedure of Neti is as follows. First, fill half of the pot with lukewarm salt water. Second, hold the pot with your right hand, and place the spout of the pot in your right nostril, waiting for the luck warm salt water to flow into your right nostril and out of your left nostril until the pot is empty. Third, repeat the first and second steps except letting the water flow into your left nostril and out of your right nostril. After finishing these steps, Kapalbhati Pranayama should be employed to exhale quickly in order to get out the remaining water in your nostrils. Neti should be practiced before sunrise.

Yoga Summit suggests students try every yoga course in the beginning (usually for one month or two) after your registration, and learn about the character of different courses, so as to find out suitable courses and suitable schedule for yourself.
Students shall enter classroom 10 minutes before class and get prepared. Latecomers will be disqualified.
