Inner Peace is a process of self-realization. It’s a practice of Pratyahara, which is the fifth step of Yoga Sutra, meaning “withdraw of the senses”. It’s a non-attachment toward uncontrolled desires. It can remove the emotional blockages from the past experience of hurt and pain, because our present life is always affected by our past.
Inner Peace includes a deeper understanding of oneself and others.
This inner peace can bring insight into the mystery of life, experiences of God. The inner peace is genuine happiness. As experiencing it, we become more peaceful internally and externally, and we are truly able to have love and compassion for ourselves and the society.
You will find the inner peace in mind, body and soul.
